The Transformative Leader offers public training classes that can all be offered in-house, as well as fully customized training that’s tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. People often choose a combination of public and private training and/or a combination of training and coaching to best meet their needs.

Our Process

Before choosing any kind of training program, it is important to be sure that training is the best solution to the problem you are working to solve. Sometimes another process will be more effective. 

I work with business leaders, and their teams, to find the best method(s) to meet the goals for the person and/or the organization. 

Clearly define the problems you want to solve
We work together to identify the challenges you are facing as well as the root cause(s) of the difficulties you are having.

Determine what a successful outcome will look like
The more clearly you can describe what a successful outcome looks like, the more likely you are to achieve that. Before we put together a plan, we will get very specific about the results you want to see.

Decide if training is the best approach to solving the problem
Training is beneficial when the problem stems from lack of skill or lack of knowledge.  It is not a substitute for outdated processes, poor communication, lack of feedback, and many other conditions that lead to obstacles in the workplace.

Put together an action plan
Together we put together a plan designed to take you from where you are now to where you’d like to be. This makes it easy for you to observe the progress you are making and guides the way to achieving long-term goals.

Provide consistent support and follow-up
The best way to assure that training produces a good return on investment is by providing help with implementation and accountability for applying new knowledge and skills. If that support is not available in house, I am happy to be there to assist you in making the most of your training investment.
